Thursday I made all the food, but as previously noted it was mostly putting things that had already been made in the oven. I could make a pumpkin pie in my sleep, and the bacon jam is a little time-consuming but not difficult. It can mostly be left alone during the 90 minutes it has to simmer and cook down. Got enough sleep, so the Covid shot I got yesterday afternoon seems to be having much milder side effects than usual. The last one I got was awful, the next day my arm hurt so much it felt like someone had swung at my bicep with a bar of soap in a sock, and I was so exhausted and brain-fogged I could hardly work.
